Terms and Conditions of Sales

These Terms and Conditions of Sales ("Terms") govern the sale of artworks ("Works") by

Sue Bridge ("Seller") to buyers ("Buyers"). By placing an order with the Seller, Buyers

agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ordering Process

  • Buyers may place orders for Works through the Seller's website or other designated platforms.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Seller.

  • Prices are as stated on the Seller's website or as otherwise agreed upon between the Buyer and Seller.

2. Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for Buyers located in the United Kingdom.

  • Not currently shipping abroad.

  • Works will be shipped within 7 days after the Seller receives full payment.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the Buyer's location and other factors beyond the Seller's control.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • If the Buyer is not satisfied with the purchased Work, they may return it undamaged in its original packaging.

  • The Buyer must initiate the return process by contacting the Seller within 14 days of receiving the Work.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, and the return shipment must be tracked.

  • Once the Seller receives the returned Work in its original condition, a full refund will be issued to the Buyer.

4. Ownership and Risk

  • Ownership of the Work will pass to the Buyer upon delivery, subject to receipt of full payment by the Seller.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the Work will pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Works, including any intellectual property rights.

  • Buyers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Works without the Seller's prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller's liability for any damages arising out of or related to the sale of Works shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the Buyer.

  • In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

8. Amendments

  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller's website or other designated platforms. By placing an order with the Seller, Buyers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
